Forty Five Group is growing and we are actively interviewing candidates to join our existing team of Contract Recruiters. 


Job Description


We are looking for Contract Recruiters to support our clients staffing needs. These opportunities are often remote/work from home types of situations although regular client visits are mandatory. Responsibilities include defining hiring needs and requirements with hiring manager, sourcing qualified candidates, interviewing candidates and presenting qualified candidates to client.  It is important to have excellent written skills as all candidates are submitted to clients with written description of their background and interest. 
 

Requirements

  • Proven success as a recruiter

  • Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle

  • Direct hire and contract hire experience a plus

  • Familiarity with recruiting software (ATS)

  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices (social media, phone)

  • Excellent communication skills. Written and verbal

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Outstanding organization skills

  • Excellent phone skills!!  Must be able, willing, and anxious to call candidates.
