We are actively interviewing candidates for a UTV Regional Sales Manager opportunity.

Position Summary

The UTV Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of utility task vehicles (UTVs), attachments, and parts throughout the United States while supporting aftermarket service coordination. This individual will lead the development and management of an authorized dealer network, expand strategic customer relationships, and achieve annual sales objectives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening brand presence across the construction, forestry, mining, agriculture, and municipal markets. This position requires a highly motivated sales professional with experience developing dealer networks, growing market share, and building long-term customer relationships.

Reports To: Country Regional Director

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute monthly and annual sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify, recruit, and develop new dealers and key accounts across the United States.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, quotations, contract negotiations, order management, and delivery follow-up.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders.

  • Drive market share growth through strategic account development and business expansion initiatives.

Dealer Network Management

  • Establish, develop, and manage an authorized dealer network.

  • Monitor dealer performance, including equipment sales, inventory levels, pricing strategies, parts availability, and service capabilities.

  • Deliver product training and sales enablement programs to dealer personnel to improve performance and support market growth.

  • Partner with dealers to identify opportunities for increased sales and customer engagement.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Analyze market trends, customer demand, and industry developments.

  • Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, product offerings, promotions, and market strategies.

  • Identify growth opportunities across key industries and geographic regions.

  • Provide market feedback and recommendations to leadership to support business planning and product development.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5+ years of sales or sales management experience within the UTV/ATV, powersports, heavy equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or related industries.

  • Experience working with dealer networks, distribution channels, or channel sales organizations preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue, developing new business, and managing customer relationships.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of UTV/ATV products, applications, and target customer segments.

  • Familiarity with equipment financing, leasing, and insurance programs is preferred.

  • Knowledge of construction, forestry, mining, agriculture, and municipal equipment markets is a plus.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proven ability to develop dealer networks and drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus.

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.

  • Approximately 50% or greater travel, including overnight travel as required.
