Job Summary:

Seeking a Business Development Director to become the face of our consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing relationships with business owners and C-level executives in the greater Houston area.

  • Articulate the service offerings, qualify opportunities, and conduct professional sales presentations.

  • Attend networking events, build brand recognition, and contribute to building the sales pipeline.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and develop/write detailed proposals for potential clients in collaboration with our sales support team.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, collaborate with internal teams, and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience engaging business owners and C-level executives.

  • Strong sales acumen, formal sales training, and a track record of achieving sales goals.

  • At least five years of previous experience working with a software service organization.

  • Working knowledge of software services and strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and self-motivation.
