With decades of experience serving in leadership roles in recruiting, financial services, and oil and gas consulting, Shawn brings a broad and unique perspective to any discussion. After spending 10+ years working as a financial advisor with a Wall Street firm and then as Vice President of a mutual fund company Shawn then transitioned his relationship building and value based consultative sales approach to executive retained search.  His next endeavor saw him working with an upstream application development consulting firm working his way up to Director of Operations.

 
Shawn is a strong supporter of technology and appreciates its ever more importance in our daily lives, but also believes in the power of a personal connection, firm handshake, and the ability to look someone in the eye during a conversation.

Additionally, Shawn enjoys running, fishing, traveling and spending time with his family.
