We are actively interviewing candidates for Manager Corporate, HRBP and Recruiting.

Our client is in the midstream portion of the natural gas and natural gas liquids industry, providing transportation and storage services for our customers. Our 14,000 miles of pipeline and storage assets provide diverse market connectivity to producers and end-
users who need reliable sources of natural gas for power generation, home heating, or petrochemical feedstocks. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
 
In this dual role, you will deliver HR leadership for all corporate departments and manage the recruitment process for field and corporate positions. 
 
HR Business Partner
Developing and maintaining partnerships with business/functional groups to integrate and implement strategic HR practices and/or systems that align with business strategy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, workforce planning, recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation planning, policy formulation and compliance, and inclusion and diversity planning.

  • Perform staffing activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  •  Provide expertise in assisting with developing integrated HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational capabilities (e.g., employee development, workforce planning, etc.).

  •  Counsel with management on employee relations and performance issues.

  •  Develop, implement, and/or deliver training and coach management and employees on various strategic programs and policies.  (e.g., harassment prevention, succession planning, employee engagement).

  •  Support management in finding, developing, and implementing creative options/approaches and utilizing diverse resources to provide value-added solutions to challenging situations, problems, and issues.

  •  Model the use of corporate policies and procedures; counsel on compliance and recommend revisions.

  •  Provide guidance and direction to leadership on compensation matters. 

  • Administers annual compensation reviews (merit, STI, etc.).

 
Recruiting management

  •  Manage/oversee the recruitment process for all levels within the organization.

  • Work with management to understand and develop sourcing strategies to meet recruiting needs.

  • Ensure staffing metrics are within established goals.

  • Manage the departmental budget.

  •  Provide direction/development/feedback to team members
     

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  •  10+ years’ HR experience and working knowledge of HR practices and employment law.

  •  5+ years’ full-cycle recruiting experience.

  •  Excellent communication, relationship-building, consulting, and coaching skills. 

  • Ability to balance an ever-changing set of responsibilities and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

  •  Ability to remain objective and serve as a mediator.

  •  Ability to work well with peers and customers.

  •  Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

 
 
PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  •  3-5 years’ experience in a management role.

 
REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline

  •  HR Certification
