We are actively interviewing candidates for Business Development Manager.

Our client is an exciting independent oilfield manufacturing, service, and supply company dedicated to helping customers optimize well production while minimizing expenses and increasing profitability. In addition to a new generation long-stroke pumping unit, they have recently introduced a wireless integrated Loadcell and wireless Loadcell adapter. These are used on oil production wells and pumping units to measure road load and downhole fluid levels during production.

Position Description:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities with new and existing clients. You will be responsible for client support, field operations, and selling the Loadcell products. You will have access to and the ability to sell all products, but we are primarily focused on the Loadcell products for this role. You will present the organization's current state to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Experience and Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of OFS experience

  • Ability to engage organizations at all levels

  • Ability to add logos

  • Ability to expand existing business

  • Ability to present to executive leadership and stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of OFS

  • Professional, polished, and comfortable presenting to leadership and stakeholders

 

Territory:

  • Focusing primarily on Texas, North Dakota, and Colorado. Extensive travel is expected.

 

Compensation:

  • Base+commission+benefits

  • *Base is commensurate to experience.
